About the Job

At Crash Champions, we're looking for a skilled Collision Damage Estimator to join our team. As a champion of trust, we believe in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and customer rights.
  • Complete initial estimates, write detailed estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
  • Manage each repair process, ensuring Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process quality control.
  • Keep customers informed and updated on their vehicle's status, providing a seamless experience.
  • Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians, complete post-scanning for each vehicle, and pre-close final repair orders.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
  • Ability to work with multiple estimating systems, including CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.
