Job Summary

This role will have dual responsibilities supporting business intelligence report writing and supporting one or more analytical aspects of the product management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders, vendors, designers, IT delivery partners, and other team members to capture business capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
  • Participate in the full product management delivery life cycle by actively participating with business and IT delivery teams using modern product management delivery practices and methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Support various aspects of business analysis, business requirements definition and documentation, business user testing, business requirement traceability, and full product capability delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management, including assisting with or conducting business and product requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
  • Ensure compliance for required standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the product management and delivery project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 years in a Business Analysis and/or Analyst role.
  • Lean/Six Sigma and/or Process Improvement experience.
  • Health Insurance Industry experience.
  • Healthcare Industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Business Analysis Professional (IIBA) certification.
  • Human Centered Design (HCD)/Design Thinking certification.
