Objective:
The primary aim of this position is to enhance revenue through effective cross-selling of the InterviewPrep platform while judiciously allocating the firm's resources and assessing risk.

Training and Development:
Our programs are designed to equip you with essential skills and insights, preparing you to make meaningful contributions to your team and to build a sustainable career with us. We prioritize internal mobility, ensuring that your career advancement is a matter of when, not if.

Program Structure:
The Summer Analyst Program spans ten weeks, commencing with an intensive training week. Following this, you will be aligned with a Corporate Banking team based on mutual interests and organizational needs.

Mentorship:
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to engage in our mentorship program, which offers additional training and support throughout your tenure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
- Perform fundamental risk and credit assessments.
- Collaborate with product partners.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of innovative ideas for clients.
- Structure transactions and deals.

Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals graduating between December 2025 and June 2026, with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher. A strong commitment to personal growth and a genuine enthusiasm for the business are essential.
