We are looking for a talented Business Analyst/Project Lead to join our team in the Energy and Sustainability Services group at Schneider Electric.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for partnering with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and software development teams to build and enhance business process and reporting software.

You will work closely with product management and business stakeholder analysis teams to develop technology solutions to business needs.

Elicitation of software development requirements, documentation of applications, and communication with technical staff will also be key responsibilities.

You will act as a liaison between business staff and technical staff, communicating issues, defects, and enhancements to the development teams.

Create and maintain documentation of new project processes and deliverables including requirements, testing documentation and issues logs.

The successful candidate will roll out new system enhancements to system users meeting training needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a business analyst working on customer-facing business applications that are both data heavy and customer-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with core competency in thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions.
  • Creativity to view a problem from many angles, problem solve and drive towards an excellent solution.
  • Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively and self-starter who can suggest technology improvements.
  • Effective working on teams, within and outside of function.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in a MS Windows environment (i.e. Word & Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university.

Preferred but nonessential skills and qualifications include previous energy or sustainability industry knowledge.

About You

This role requires someone with a passion for sustainability and digital technologies.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
