Community Overview:
Our facility features a variety of living arrangements, including studio and one-bedroom apartments, along with specialized Memory Care units. Residents enjoy access to amenities such as a bistro, salon/spa, fitness center, and a rooftop terrace.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience.
Schedule:
Flexible options available, including:
- Per-Diem (All Shifts and Weekends)
- 16 hours/week: 7 AM - 3 PM (includes every other weekend)
- 40 hours/week: 7 AM - 3 PM (includes every other weekend)
- 24 hours/week: 3 PM - 11 PM (includes every other weekend)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of resident health and coordinate care with other professionals.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to all residents.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and report any significant changes in resident health to the appropriate personnel.
- Act as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, and emergency services.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants in their daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold care standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN License in Connecticut.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an Assisted Living environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
