Job Title: Mental Health Clinical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Program Manager to join our team at Remi Vista, Inc. in Red Bluff, CA.

Job Summary:

The Mental Health Clinical Program Manager will provide general oversight of the Mental Health Program and Medi-Cal Services for the region. This role will involve supervising School Based Therapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, and managing the Medi-Cal billing process to ensure accurate accounting of billable hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general oversight for the Mental Health Program in the region.
  • Supervise and train Therapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, and other support staff.
  • Monitor and maintain efficiency in program billing process.
  • Responsible for non-clinical supervision and training of staff.
  • Conduct program analysis to ensure quality of service provided.
  • Attend meetings with County Mental Health departments, school district representatives, and other agencies.
Requirements:
  • LMFT, LPCC, and/or LCSW license through BBS for at least 2 years.
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • Ability to pass background check, physical, TB test, and drug screen.
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
  • Proof of insurance.
