EverStaff is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Cleveland. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for managing cases, obtaining and reviewing medical records, investigating insurance coverage, and preparing damage summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Medical Records: Obtain, review, and organize medical records to support case management.
  • Insurance Coverage: Investigate insurance coverage and verify balances to ensure accurate lien resolution.
  • Damage Summaries: Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries, including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent and regular communication with clients regarding case status, provide weekly reports, and participate in monthly team meetings.
Requirements
  • Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of legal practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with standard business practices and general office administration procedures.
  • Strong command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software applications.
  • Knowledge of research procedures.
  • Experience in preparing legal documentation.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of relevant work experience required. Paralegal certificate required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
What We Offer
