Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with licensed supervisors to develop and implement treatment plans

What We Offer:
  • FREE group and individual clinical supervision provided
  • A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, including paid orientation, no-show protection, annual pay increases, and bonus opportunities
  • Flexibility with scheduling, with the option to work a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote)
  • Full clinical caseload typically established within the first days

Compensation:

This is a Fee for Service position, with an earning potential of $45,000 - $55,000 (dependent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities). Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview.
