Job Title: Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lynchburg, VA.

Qualifications:
  • Eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC-MH. Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) are also eligible.
  • Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.
  • Qualified candidates will have experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma) and must also be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists).
Specialty Population:

Specialty population is subject to client demand. Specialties preferred include Licensed Therapist specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to, Child and Adolescent and/or Play Therapy.

Compensation:

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan.
