Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to develop project work scope and sales estimates, including labor, subcontract, materials, tools, and other costs.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned field service projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and execute onsite line-up meetings with field technicians at customer locations for critical projects, providing technical guidance as needed.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Interact daily with assigned field technicians to ensure successful project execution and provide technical support as needed.
- Report regularly on project status to management and customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Assign responsibilities to field technicians and monitor completion, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate customer site activities with customers, technicians, and the sales department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Provide technical training support for field technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
- A four-year degree in Engineering or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to analyze customer scope of work, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate project feasibility, cost, and work requirements.
- Ability to run multiple projects of varying degrees of difficulty and duration at one time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Project management skills to coordinate duties with customers, evaluate and manage project budgets, and develop and manage project timelines.
