Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in coordinating all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking timelines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, propose solutions, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites.
Requirements:
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • CMiC Cloud experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.
