Key Responsibilities
  • Explain and demonstrate product capabilities to customers, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.

  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • May be required to work in other locations within the same geographical area.
What We Offer
  • A competitive total target compensation of $57,588, with high earners reaching an average annual compensation of over $66,268.
  • A full-time hourly base rate of $19.20, plus monthly targeted commissions.
  • A ramp-up period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and solutions-based approach.
  • Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Computer literacy and aptitude for learning communication products and services.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to manage stock room inventory.
