- Work Order Management: Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Parts Procurement: Order necessary parts from suppliers and verify their delivery to technicians.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that work meets company quality standards.
- Customer Billing: Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Automotive Knowledge: Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
