Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Pioneer Square Downtown Programs team. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for providing clinical care and administrative support to our sites and nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care provision (60-80%) and administrative support for our sites and nursing team (20-40%).
  • Work within one or more homeless shelters providing nursing care and linkages for shelter clients, triage various health concerns, and make appropriate referrals and recommendations for clinical care.
  • Perform specific leadership functions related to clinical practice, education and/or management as delegated by and in collaboration with the Clinic Practice Manager and Clinic Medical Director.
Requirements
  • Active, valid Washington State or Multi-state RN license required by start date.
  • Two years of experience working as an RN.
  • Ability to practice independently to the full scope of RN licensure, complete nurse led encounters with standing protocols and/or provider orders.
  • Experience working with vulnerably housed individuals and patients dealing with mental illness and substance use disorder.
