Job Summary:

Harborview Medical Center's Low Barrier Prevention Clinics serve vulnerable populations targeting patients at high risk for HIV. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) to join our team and provide leadership in our clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities, supervise clinical staff, and provide direction to and coordination of the work of other clinical and support staff.
• Help in the planning and implementation of desired changes to improve the delivery of patient care and development of clinical support staff.
• Assist in the development, guidance, and oversight of Quality Improvement initiatives in conjunction with administrative and physician leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional high acuity ambulatory nursing experience (with previous experience working with unhoused populations desired).
• Previous experience as a charge nurse or nurse manager.
