LPN - Primary Care Nurse

This position plays a vital role in providing clinical care and collaborating with healthcare team members to meet patient needs.
As a skilled LPN, you will assist physicians and registered nurses in delivering high-quality care, while also implementing care plans and documenting patient responses.
Key qualifications include a graduate degree in nursing, Basic Life Support certification, and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities include preparing and administering medications, documenting patient information, and performing technical skills according to hospital policies and standards.
You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, cooperating with clinical instructors, and maintaining current knowledge in your area of practice.
Additionally, you will coordinate monthly turnover regarding medication administration records and collect data that contributes to the nursing assessment.
