LPN Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care to our residents at Cincinnati, OH location.
$29 to $33 Per Hour - (based on LPN licensure and experience)
PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing high-quality LPN nursing care to residents
- Supervising nursing assistants to ensure quality care
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Participating in required in-service trainings and educational events
You'll Need To Have:
- Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
- Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
