Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Private Medical.

About the Role

  • As a Nurse Practitioner at Private Medical, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our adult patients.
  • You will work closely with our team of physicians and patient care coordinators to ensure the best possible health outcomes for our patients.
  • Responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive health assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work independently, making decisions and taking initiative to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing is required, with a BSN preferred.
  • Excellent communication and written skills are essential for this role.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends are also required.
