Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Private Medical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide world-class, comprehensive, and customized nursing care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide dedicated care to a specific patient panel, with occasional cross-coverage for adult and pediatric panels.
- Work closely with doctors and patient care coordinators to ensure best patient health and satisfaction outcomes.
- Prepare for and execute all-inclusive visits to patients' homes and offices.
- Perform blood draws, IV therapies, therapeutic phlebotomy, and routine and travel vaccinations.
- Correspond directly with patients on a routine basis, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability.
- Coordinate prescriptions and refills with pharmacies worldwide.
- Document all therapies, procedures, medications, and clinically relevant patient interaction into the electronic medical record.
- Active California RN license.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic, with primary care experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, BSN preferred.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to harness independence and autonomy, as well as work seamlessly as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends, if necessary.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Sound clinical and personal judgment and professional demeanor.
- Proven leader with a track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service.
- Advanced computer literacy, primarily with Apple products.
