Join Our Team as a Companion Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Companion Caregivers. As a Companion Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging them in activities such as walks, trips to social/recreational activities, and assistance with hobbies.
  • Assist clients with homemaking activities, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to clients, listening to their concerns and validating their feelings.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a vehicle, if applicable.
  • Ability to lift at least 10 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality services.
