Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion to join our team at Right at Home. As a Companion, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and happiness
Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Prepare meals and snacks, as well as assist with household chores, such as laundry and cleaning
Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting socialization and community engagement
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
Ability to lift 10 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
