Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SLPA to provide support to licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language services to elementary students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed SLPs in providing speech and language services to elementary students
  • Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Document and monitor student progress, following guidelines set by supervising SLPs
  • Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current SLPA license in the state of Texas
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
