Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from clients, addressing their enrollment inquiries, appointment bookings, and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized support.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to client inquiries.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese (optional)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a call center with inbound calls (50+ calls a day)
- High School diploma or GED
- Good communication and personality
- Ability to type at least 36 WPM
- Adaptable and eager to learn, willing to work in a fast-paced call center
- Excellent communication and reliability
