Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychotherapist LCSW LPCC to join our team at Altru Health. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to patients, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and short and long-term therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, assessing patient needs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, and counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including progress notes and billing procedures.
  • Collaborate with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
  • Participate in program evaluation and restructuring to ensure optimal outcomes and quality care.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in North Dakota or Minnesota.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
Working Conditions

This is an infrequent driver position, requiring occasional driving from once per month to as frequently as once per week.
