Job Title: Psychotherapist LCSW LPCC

Altru Health is seeking a skilled Psychotherapist LCSW LPCC to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Job Summary:

The Psychotherapist LCSW LPCC will be responsible for completing diagnostic evaluations and assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing short and long-term therapy and referrals. You will also maintain knowledge of psychiatric medications and identify significant changes or high-risk situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop treatment plans and review assessment information with each patient.
  • Assess patients to identify needs, issues, care goals, termination, and continuing care options.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, counseling, and referrals for individuals, couples, families, or groups using various therapeutic approaches.
  • Identify significant changes or high-risk situations and process progress notes.
  • Complete all billing procedures.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with referral sources, providers, and other caregivers regarding patient care.
  • Collaborate with community resources to deliver services that promote quality outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Monitor program effectiveness by evaluating, initiating, and participating in restructuring current and new programs.
  • Perform utilization review when required.
  • Collaborate with Primary Care Providers regarding patient progress and changing needs.
Certifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Minnesota Board of Social Work | Within 12 Months of Start Date | HR Primary Sources
