The Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Finance Intern, you will be a key member of the finance team, supporting the daily operations and contributing to the company's financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze daily and weekly financial reports for senior management
  • Assist with the monthly forecasting process and the annual planning process
  • Perform financial and operational analysis as needed
  • Work with the corporate finance team and senior leadership on any ad hoc requests

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop analytical skills through on-the-job experience
  • Gain technical knowledge in financial systems
  • Develop communication skills by working daily with the finance and leadership teams
  • Gain experience in the Hospitality industry

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student in finance or accounting from an undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
