Job Summary:

The ICU Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those requiring life-sustaining therapies and interventions. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the United States
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
