Nurse Specialist

The RN Med/Surg Clinical Resource Team (CRT) Float Pool at OSF HealthCare provides expert nursing care to patients throughout the inpatient stay. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to patients. You must be highly knowledgeable and possess strong nursing skills to provide excellent patient care.
This role is part of the Tier I RN team, which provides coverage in two or more departments at one location, including ICU, Stepdown, Medical/Surgical, Psychiatric, Outpatient Clinic, and Ambulatory Care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan nursing care for patients
- Implement and evaluate nursing care provided to patients
- Provide expert nursing care to patients throughout the inpatient stay
Requirements:
- RN license
- 1 year of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting
- Completion of professional orientation and clinical orientation
