Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
