Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialized fitness credential.
  • Preferred experience in group exercise instruction for at least one year.
  • Able to lead a minimum of one class per month.
  • Understanding of safe fitness practices and principles of group exercise.
  • Basic knowledge of physiology and body mechanics.
  • Ability to perform all physical aspects of the role, including leading classes and participating in physical activities.
  • Warm, enthusiastic, patient, and sociable personality.
  • Positive mindset and capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness.
