Job Title: Field Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Representative to join our team at Enovis. As a key member of our Field Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping patients live active lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert application, education, and support for orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
  • Manage inventory and participate in required audits.
  • Verify patient benefits and pre-authorize treatments.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
  • Adhere to Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated patient care experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to work 1 Saturday shift every 3 weeks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), or related professional credentials.
  • Clinical rotation or internship experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic or physical therapy environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Provides patient care in physician's offices, hospitals, patient homes, and/or clinics.
  • May be exposed to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
  • Physical Demands: Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 20 pounds.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of the time, but overnight travel is not required.
