{"Overview": "At Crestline Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking a skilled Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and asset protection of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular walk-throughs to assess the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
* Ensure timely completion of projects, routine maintenance, repairs, and replacement projects
* Obtain and present cost-effective proposals for maintaining or repairing systems
* Perform guest response and preventive maintenance work orders
* Schedule work to minimize guest impact
* Ensure Life Safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested, and certified
* Assist in critical situations and perform duties as assigned
* Maintain effective preventative maintenance and work order programs
* Organize materials, tools, and equipment
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
* Handle chemicals and maintain key security program
* Maintain property grounds

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in maintenance
* Hospitality experience preferred
* Basic computer skills required
* Knowledge of methods and materials used in general building maintenance
* Must possess or obtain a certified pool operator license
