We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Vert Environmental in San Diego. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be expected to create records of customer interactions, maintain customer accounts, and work closely with our sales lead to identify common customer issues and set appointments.

You will also be responsible for executing appointments, utilizing scripts to handle difficult customer situations, and helping with daily routes and company pop-ins. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating and attending happy hours, baseball games, expos, trade shows, and golf tournaments.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player who can reach goals and demonstrate sales talk mastery. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge of the local region and a good driving record.

Responsibilities:
