Key Responsibilities:
Conduct lead generation activities to create new business opportunities
Price, stage, and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
Convert pre-qualified leads into listing appointments and grow the business
Research the surrounding real estate market to determine optimal listing prices
Follow our team plan and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements:
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Proficiency in Real Estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Strong communication skills for setting and closing appointments over the phone
In-depth market research and understanding of the real estate industry

Compensation:
$80,000 - $165,000 per year at plan commissions
