Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. As a key member of our neonatology group, you will provide exceptional care to infants and their families in our state-of-the-art Level IV NICU. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, and we are committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
Provide prenatal and newborn consultations to high-risk patients
Attend high-risk deliveries and manage neonates in the NICU and newborn nurseries
Collaborate with our team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our neonatal care program
Requirements
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
