Position Overview:
The Senior Compliance and Quality Pricing Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to Estimating System regulations. This position involves the development and delivery of training programs, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration with corporate stakeholders to address overlapping areas. The analyst will monitor proposal activities and conduct audits and reviews to pinpoint risks, trends, and areas that necessitate unified direction or standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients regarding proposal inquiries, audits, realism assessments, and rate verifications.
- Collaborate with Government Accounting Compliance (GAC), Legal, Internal Audit (IA), and external parties for audit readiness evaluations and reviews.
- Lead initiatives and devise solutions for unique requirements, including the formulation of responses or standards.
- Contribute to the standardization, oversight, and maintenance of estimating logic, templates, tools, rates, and training materials.
- Support and oversee audits for Certified Cost or Pricing Data (CCPD) proposals.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pricing compliance or analyst role within the federal government sector.
- Proficient in conducting audits or responding to both internal and external audit inquiries.
- Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Business Systems and internal controls.
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- High School diploma or GED is required.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and creativity in navigating ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences within the organization.
- Capacity to swiftly adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Contracts is preferred.
