Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Web Developer to join our team at OneBlood. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's website and web applications.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our web presence, while also collaborating with our marketing team to align our digital efforts with our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web applications and single-page applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other relevant technologies.
  • Configure and maintain AEM style systems, templates, and components to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design and develop web content that supports our marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable back-end solutions for server applications using C# or Java.
  • Implement and test web services and APIs using standard frameworks and source control tools.
  • Conduct individual and group training sessions as required to ensure the effective use of our digital tools and platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of programming and analysis experience supporting database applications and/or training.
  • Proficient in front-end development, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Proficient in Client-side Libraries React, Angular, and Vue.
  • Skills in either C# or Java.
  • Knowledge of TFS (Azure DevOps) versioning tools.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain flexible when priorities or work direction change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Working Conditions

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).

Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.
