Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls in our inbound/outbound call center. They will resolve caller's inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to the supervisor. Additionally, they will collect and process payments as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary
  • Collect and process payments


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, if applying for the Bilingual opening
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work diligently through details
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment performing data entry, administrative, or call center functions
  • PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
