Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at GPI Real Estate Management. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and guest requests promptly.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to operate phone systems and manage multiple calls effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Experience with hospitality management software is advantageous.
Job Details:

Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
