Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Assess, evaluate, and manage patients' needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Communicate Effectively: Engage in open and respectful dialogue with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Participate in planning and implementing patient care, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Apply Medical Knowledge: Utilize core knowledge of biomedical and clinical sciences to inform patient care decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program required.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Licensure: Applicable state LPN license required.
This role requires constant standing, frequent walking, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills are essential, as well as the ability to write legibly and lift/push/pull 100 lbs.
