Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant/Hotel F&B Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Recruit, train, and empower employees to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Two years of management experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment.
