As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every product we offer online or in-store is delivered promptly and with exceptional quality, leaving our customers delighted with their choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough product evaluations to ensure optimal stock placement based on carton specifications, order frequency, and cubic volume, enhancing efficiency in picking and stocking.
  • Prioritize and execute daily tasks related to product profiling, considering inventory flow, seasonal trends, and product life cycles.
  • Develop product consolidations for effective placement within the Distribution Center, ensuring a seamless product flow.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of training and communication resources pertinent to the role.
  • Engage in continuous training regarding technological advancements and new systems relevant to the position.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of applicable company systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay vigilant regarding loss prevention, security, and safety protocols as outlined by management and the Human Resources Department.
  • Adhere to established dependability standards to support business productivity.
  • Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and damage to products and facilities.
  • Comply with all Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) procedures to maximize compliance and benefits while minimizing potential penalties.
  • Exemplify excellent service by demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company in all forms of communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Distribution Center, stock management, or inventory control; familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Equipment certification as required.
  • Knowledge of AS400, Gmail, and JDA warehousing software.
  • Proficient in English language skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and conversions.
  • Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Capability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs; heavier items with team assistance.
  • Ability to move furniture weighing up to 300 lbs with appropriate equipment.
