Qualifications:
- Minimum of six years of experience in coding and performance/automation testing, with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and third-party vendors.

Education:
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
