Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist III to join our Registrar's Office team at Sam Houston State University. As a key member of our enrollment operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting student registration, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff with registration-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with campus departments to resolve enrollment-related issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the National Student Clearinghouse and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of related experience or experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of office operations, system functionality, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to identify problems, consider potential solutions, and execute complex responsibilities.
