About the Role:

As a Hospice Nurse with Partners In Care, Inc., you will be part of a dedicated team providing compassionate care to patients and their families in Central Oregon. Our interdisciplinary team works together to enhance the lives of patients during challenging times.

Responsibilities:

Apply nursing principles and techniques in treating patients
Provide nursing care, emotional support, and patient/family/caregiver education
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information
Implement and develop patient care plans and physician's treatment plans
Supervise certified nursing assistants and volunteers

Requirements:

Valid Oregon Registered Nurse License
Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting preferred
Current automobile insurance and valid Oregon driver's license required
Valid CPR Certification
