Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and directing site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Supervising project administration personnel and construction engineers, collaborating with project superintendents to prioritize operational tasks.
  • Forecasting and monitoring project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial projections.
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to labor, materials, equipment, and contract management.
  • Working closely with the Safety Manager to uphold safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Documenting project progress through RFI logs and change orders.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with a General Contractor.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong proficiency in software and technology relevant to construction.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management abilities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Experience in team management is preferred.
  • Current knowledge of the construction industry and emerging technologies.
