Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the future of our company and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain new partnerships with potential clients to expand our network.
  • Market and promote products directly to consumers through face-to-face sales and marketing presentations.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge to customers and educate them on the benefits of each product or service to increase sales performance and margin.
  • Assist with the overall marketing plan for each client brand by attending daily meetings with the marketing and sales team.
  • Manage, analyze, and report the results of customer marketing initiatives to Account Management staff.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing, sales, direct sales, promotions, or public relations is preferred.
  • Ability to provide results under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the capability to negotiate and persuade clients.
  • Self-starter with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative and resilient attitude.
  • Confident in a large group environment and with face-to-face consumer interaction.
