  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service areas and dining room.
  • Act as the ambassador of the establishment, promoting our brand and values.
  • Execute the mechanics and standards of service, demonstrating knowledge of basic dining room standards and etiquette.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of our menu, beverages, and resort-suite functions.
  • Update guest profiles in Tock, building our database and ensuring accurate billing requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
