Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team in St. Cloud, MN. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a positive client experience through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions, providing accurate and timely information.
- Confirm appointments, maintain client records, and communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff to achieve monthly sales goals through upselling services and building relationships with clients.
- Support the Sales Manager with outgoing calls to clients for consultation follow-up and notification of promotions and events.
- Assist with clinic needs, including treatment room upkeep, event support, and administrative tasks.
- Process financial transactions and perform daily opening and closing duties.
- Provide administrative support functions, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong teamwork mentality.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and lift 20-40 pounds.
