Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Michaels. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers locate products and provide solutions to their needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling standards
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and complete enrollments
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store, regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
